the cases of Hypertension/High Blood Pressure in India . W H O estimates that every 5th
person has the ailment of High Blood Pressure / Hypertension.

& due to high degree of competition in every sphere of life we pay
attention to earning the maximum & ignore health totally.
As a result we
work Maximum hours in a day.
We don’t
meditate.
We sleep less.
We spend less time with our Family & friends
We don’t take breaks
in between working hours.
We don’t go for
vacations. We don’t exercise.

to safe time & work more we indulge in quick unhealthy junk food like,
pizzas, wafers, ready made packs, pav bhaji, wada pav etc
To BEAT STRESS
Most indulge in large consumption of cigarettes, alcohol, etc.
HENCE INCREASE
IN CASES OF HYPERTENSION, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE IN YOUNG ADULTS AGE BETWEEN 21
& 45 YEARS THEREBY LEADING TO HIGH NUMBER OF CASES OF CARDIAC AILMENTS,
STROKE, KIDNEY FAILURE & MANY MAJOR AILMENTS WHICH CAN BE LIFE THREATING …
In order to
AVOID THIS AILMENT IT IS UTMOST IMPORTANT SPEND TIME ON OUR HEALTH…. RATHER

yoga, or go for walks, swim or meditate.
Work 9 to 5 pm
take breaks in between.
Don’t carry work
home.
Spend time with
family & friends
Listen to music,
read, do activities you enjoy doing the most.
Cut off from
computers, cell phones & gizmos at least once a week.
Hence it is well
said to enjoy a quality life rather than quantity life.
