OVERSEAS TRAVEL POLICY.
Whilst travelling abroad, looking to the exorbitant cost of treatments abroad Indian Insurance Companies are securing you through Overseas Travel Policy. We need to be insured for against any Accidental, Medical calamity which may arise.
Type Of Plans
Including U.S.A & CANADA,   EXCLUDING U.S.A & CANADA.
  1. Business & Holiday.
  2.  Students.
  3.  Corporate Frequent Traveller’s. /Multi Trip.
Coverage: - Coverage is in U. S $, Ranges from $ 50,000 to $ 5,00,000.
Validity: - Maximum tenure you can be insured for is 180 days.
Scope Of Cover Some Common Sections.
¨      Medical Expenses :- It mainly covers Medical expenses incurred abroad by insured person’s as a result of bodily injuries caused or sickness or diseases.
¨      Emergency Medical Evacuation.
¨      Repatriation of Remains.
¨      Loss of Checked In Baggage.
¨      Baggage Delay.
¨      Loss of Passport.
¨      Personal Liability.
¨      Trip Delay.
¨      Hijack.
Please note that majority of the Above Mentioned Sections come with Deductibles which differ from company to company.
PRE EXISTING DISEASES are not covered under the policy.
Prior issuance of the policy Aged Person’s have to undergo Medical checks which varies from company to company.

HOSPITAL CASH POLICY

HOSPITAL CASH PLAN In event of hospitalization this plan helps you cover up additional hospitalization expenses like attendant food & accommodation which are not covered under the standard Mediclaim /health plan. Under this plan you are paid Daily Cash Component for each continuous and completed period of 24 hours of hospitalization due to Sickness or Accident. Maximum up to 90/180 days per policy year, depending on the plan taken . The Benefit is DOUBLED in case of I C U admission for each continuous and completed period of 24 hours of hospitalization due to Sickness or Accident. Maximum up to 15 days per policy year. NO MEDICAL TEST NEEDED BENEFITS: - One can take this policy along with or over and above the existing mediclaim/health policy. The CONITION OF SUB LIMIT ON ROOM RENT DOESN’T APPLY.
